I paid for the course, passed the quizzes but still have not received the certificate

This happens when the user registers the course with a mail address and make the payments with a different one. 

Please share with us the mail address you used when making the payment at [email protected] so that we can confirm your payment and upgrade you to the certificate version immediately.
